Welcome toonline HSRP booking portal (“Portal”). By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

• This Portal enables vehicle owners to apply for High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP) for eligible vehicles in the States of Uttar Pradesh, New Delhi, Odisha, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Assam.
• Only vehicles manufactured prior to April 1st, 2019, and selected brands.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including vehicle registration number, chassis number, engine number, and personal details.
• Users must ensure timely payment of applicable fees.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payments made through the Portal are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
• In case of payment failure, refunds will be processed according to the payment gateway’s policies.
• We are not responsible for payment processing delays caused by third-party banks or gateways.

4. Limitation of Liability

• WE are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Portal.
• HSRP issuance is subject to approval by the respective State authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

• Users may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
